Monthly Legal Update: May 2025 (Part I)

Cambodia has adopted new regulations with respect to the current trade relation with the United States. These new regulations are as follows:

Prakas No. 047 dated 30 April 2025 on the Procedures for Applying and Issuing Origin Certification Letter for the Export of Certain Goods to the US;
Inter-Ministerial Prakas dated 30 April 2025 on Prevention Measures of Origin Frauds for the Export of Certain Goods to the US; and
Announcement dated 30 April 2025 on the Implementation of Measures for the Export of Certain Goods to the US
