Biography

CHEA Nging is a registered member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) and a consultant at RHTLaw Cambodia.

Nging has strong knowledge of Cambodia commercial and investment regulatory framework. Prior to her career as a lawyer, Nging has over thirteen years of working experience as legal secretary in Chinese companies and senior translator for government high ranking delegation meetings. Nging regularly advises Chinese mainland and Chinese Hong Kong investors to maximise their investment opportunities in Cambodia.

Chea Nging is fluent in Chinese, English and Khmer.
