Mr. HOUN Vannak is a registered and recognised member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) and serves as the Managing Partner of RHTLaw Cambodia Law Office. Under his leadership, the firm provides comprehensive legal services with international capabilities, collaborating closely with RHTLaw Asia LLP, a Singapore-based law firm with an extensive regional network across Asia.

With deep expertise in Cambodia’s commercial and investment regulatory framework, Mr. Vannak has advised multinational corporations, foreign investors, and local enterprises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ensuring they maximize their investment opportunities in Cambodia. His strategic counsel has facilitated complex transactions and enhanced business growth in the region.

Mr. Vannak holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Transnational Law and Business University in the Republic of Korea, where he was awarded a scholarship. During his studies, he participated in prestigious exchange programs across Europe, gaining exposure to international legal institutions such as the United Nations, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the International Criminal Court (ICC), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the European Commission.
