Houn Vannak is a licensed attorney and a recognised member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) and is currently the Managing Partner of RHTLaw Cambodia.  

Vannak has extensive experiences in advising many landmark projects in Cambodia. His areas of expertise include Corporate, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Foreign Direct Investment, Banking and Financial Institutions, Consumer Goods, and Dispute Settlement and Litigation. He has advised many foreign investors in M&A cross border transaction and Legal Due Diligence for corporate search and properties and acted for clients in many proceedings before the courts in Cambodia. He has recently been certified as Approved Person by the Security Exchange Committee of Cambodia and is currently advising clients in Capital Markets and Security Exchange.
